How to install artificial grass on the balcony
Installing artificial lawn for your balcony is really simple, and there are several different ways to do it, depending on how long you want it to last. Most apartment residents with balconies will choose to strictly use double-sided adhesive tape to ensure the placement of artificial grass. This solution is rent-friendly as artificial grass can easily be removed or replaced.
Following these steps, it should take almost no time.
Measure the area and see how much artificial grass you need. Ideally, do this before you buy.
Sweep it clean with a broom, rinse it, and let it dry.
Cut a mat of artificial grass the size of your desired lawn.
Apply double-sided tape to the perimeter of your proposed artificial lawn, essentially creating a boundary. Then, place additional strips of tape every 1 to 2 feet in the area. If you want to make this method last longer, you can also apply artificial grass glue to the exposed side of the tape.
Set it down and glue it with about 3mm of artificial grass glue.
Cut your artificial grass to the right size. If a connection is required, artificial grass connection tape can be used. In a small place like a balcony, that might not be a problem.
Glue the grass down and give it a few hours to heal.
