Firstly, if the mesh is not clean enough, it will produce a lot of burrs. Uneven cuts in the finished artificial turf strands can lead to shrinkage.

Secondly, if modified carpet tufting equipment or second-hand tufting equipment is used for production, it will produce artificial turf grass that is not cut accurately, and a few that are not cut open, are not tufted evenly enough and will have the undesirable phenomenon of skipping needles.

In addition, the use of manual gluing and sun-drying backing methods will reduce the flatness of the bottom of the artificial turf, and the glue will tend to stick to the grass, which will lead to poor wear and ageing resistance, and the grass will fall off easily, affecting its service life.

Without advanced perforating equipment, the water penetration of the artificial turf will also be affected. If there is no rolling equipment, the grass will not be rolled properly and will wrinkle easily, resulting in poor grip on the field and a roll length that is too short for transport and laying.

If the artificial turf yarn have poor upright performance and there are significant differences between the sample and the finished product in terms of quality, tuft density, grass height etc., then its actual service life will be shortened and it will also be prone to ageing and fibrillation.
