Padel court turf is a specialized type of artificial sports grass designed for use with tempered glass enclosures; it is subject to strict standards regarding pile height, density, and resilience, distinguishing it from standard landscaping grass.

Determining Turf Specifications
Precise Pile Height: A height of 10–15 mm is recommended. If the pile is too short, the ball moves too fast and easily goes out of bounds; if it is too long, excessive resistance impairs the playing experience. Most international federation certification standards fall within this range.
High Density: The density of the grass fibers should be no less than 40,000 stitches per square meter; for high-end courts, over 50,000 stitches is recommended to prevent the surface from flattening under foot traffic, which could alter the ball's trajectory.
PE Material: Polyethylene (PE) is the preferred material due to its excellent resilience and UV resistance. While Polypropylene (PP) is cheaper, it is prone to breakage and is suitable only for temporary courts.

Grass Life: Professional sports turf typically lasts 8–10 years and offers excellent weather resistance; it retains its shape during 3–5 years of outdoor use, far outperforming standard landscaping grass.
Drainage System: The base layer of outdoor courts must feature drainage perforations; combined with the site's graded slope, this ensures no standing water remains within 30 to 60 minutes after rainfall.
Routine Maintenance: Regularly brush the turf fibers to keep them upright and use a leaf blower or water rinse to remove debris; for infill-type turf, periodically inspect the condition of the infill material.
Color Selection: Standard surface colors include green, blue, or brick red; however, "dopamine-style" (vibrant, mood-boosting) color schemes can now be customized to align with brand identity.
