The history of artificial turf

Artificial turf was born in the United States in the 1960s. It is an inanimate plastic chemical fiber product. The lawn was made by artificial method as raw material. Unlike natural lawn, it does not need to consume fertilizer, water and other resources necessary for growth. It can meet the needs of 24-hour high-intensity sports, and is simple to maintain, rapid drainage, and excellent site flatness. Artificial turf is widely used in hockey, baseball, football, football and other sports public practice fields or as a ground pavement to beautify the indoor environment.

The advantages of gym artificial grass

Artificial lawn has bright appearance, four seasons green, vivid, good drainage performance, long service life, low maintenance costs.

The quality requirements for the foundation of artificial turf sports system mainly focus on three aspects: hardness, flatness and drainage slope.

1.The flatness of the foundation surface is required to ensure the consistent thickness and uniform elasticity of artificial grass surface layer. The qualified rate of flatness is more than 95%.

2, the foundation should have a certain strength and stability.

3, the surface is uniform and solid, no cracks, no rotten edges, joints are straight and smooth, with 6000mm×6000mm or so cut pieces as the best.

4, cushion compaction, compactness is greater than 95%, after the medium roller press, no significant wheel trace, no loose floating soil, wave and other phenomena.
