How to Choose Artificial Grass for Kindergartens

Construction plan for laying artificial grass in kindergarten:

1. Check the entire turf field, whether the foundation compaction and flatness meet the requirements, and then start laying the kindergarten artificial turf.

2. Measure and set out the entire site, determine the location of the site line, mark with different colors of ink, and determine the direction and location of the turf.

3. Start laying of artificial turf for kindergarten: Lay splicing tape on the turf joint surface and fix it with steel nails. The nail heads should not protrude, and the joints should overlap by more than 10cm.

4. Apply glue on the joint surface. Before the glue is dry, pave and join the cut lawn so that each piece of artificial grass in the kindergarten is tightly bonded.

5. After laying, carefully check whether the bonding of each joint area is smooth and whether the bonding of the turf is firm. After checking that all items meet the requirements, the next process construction can be carried out.

6. According to site needs, sprinkle quartz sand and rubber particles.

7. After laying the quartz sand or black rubber particles, check whether it is smooth and sufficient, and the deficiencies need to be replenished. If debris is found on the road, it should be removed immediately to ensure quality.

8. Quartz sand or rubber particles should be kept dry to facilitate the flow of quartz sand or rubber particles. After paving the quartz sand or rubber particles, you can also use a hard brush or a light-load drag-type heavy brush to pave back and forth to make the quartz sand full and compact.

9. Acceptance after laying artificial turf in kindergarten.
